JITbase is a production management software that connects scheduling, shop floor execution, and performance analysis. It automates daily production scheduling, tracks production in real time, and calculates key performance indicators such as OEE, cycle times, and WIP.

JITbase’s key differentiator is its operator-centric approach. The software learns from actual machine behavior and production history to identify the manual interventions required, their frequency, and their duration. This makes it possible to accurately calculate operator workloads and optimize operator allocation across machines.

During production, the operator interface guides shop floor execution. It displays the operations and work orders to be performed at each workstation and notifies operators in real time when a manual intervention is required on each of the machines they supervise.
