JITbase's Operator Management and Dynamic Allocation solution enables real-time calculation and optimization of operator workloads, directly connected to actual shop floor production. Unlike traditional approaches based on static assignments or theoretical estimates, JITbase relies on machine-learning-driven analysis of production data to identify and quantify the manual interventions required on each machine (setups, part changes, quality checks, M00 stops, etc.), as well as their duration. Based on this learning, the solution calculates the real workload of each operator according to their machine allocation. It helps prevent operator overload, balance workloads across teams, and optimize operator allocation in multi-machine environments, while securing production execution in a context of labor shortage. During production, JITbase provides direct and proactive assistance to operators. The operator interface updates in real time the next manual intervention to be performed on each managed machine, indicating precisely when intervention is required.
