JITbase's OEE / OOE / TEEP solution enables the automated and reliable calculation and monitoring of industrial performance indicators based on objective, traceable shop floor data. It covers all performance levels defined by the NF E 60-182 standard. Unlike traditional approaches relying on manual data entry, incomplete declarations, or Excel-based calculations, JITbase automates the collection, structuring, and qualification of production data. The system precisely manages machine states, planned and unplanned downtime, shift changes (opening, closing, and categorized reasons), and all events impacting performance indicators, in order to produce KPIs that are consistent, repeatable, and comparable over time. The innovation lies in JITbase's ability to reliably compute complex performance indicators by directly linking them to real shop floor operations. JITbase6M157JITbase is a production management software that connects scheduling, shop floor execution, and performance analysis. It automates daily production scheduling, tracks production in real time, and calculates key performance indicators such as OEE, cycle times, and WIP. JITbase’s key differentiator is its operator-centric approach. The software learns from actual machine behavior and production history to identify the manual interventions required, their frequency, and their duration. This makes it possible to accurately calculate operator workloads and optimize operator allocation across machines. During production, the operator interface guides shop floor execution. It displays the operations and work orders to be performed at each workstation and notifies operators in real time when a manual intervention is required on each of the machines they supervise.
