GoldenEye Smart Vision is an intelligent textile inspection system based on self-supervised Artificial Intelligence and a proprietary optronic system. It digitizes fabric rolls, creates their digital twin, and automatically detects defects without prior training or image libraries.
The challenge is significant: in an industry where up to 10% of revenue is impacted by quality defects, inspection processes remain largely manual, slow, and subjective. GoldenEye automates and standardizes this process, enabling manufacturers to improve quality, reduce waste, and optimize the use of their resources.
Objectives: industrialize a sovereign deeptech technology that is interoperable and energy-efficient, contributing to a 15% reduction in CO₂ emissions linked to production defects while strengthening the competitiveness of the European textile industry.
Means: a combination of self-supervised AI algorithms, high-resolution optronics, and a SaaS software platform for quality management. This approach generates actionable data in real time that can be shared across the entire supply chain.
Results: GoldenEye Smart Vision is now deployed in several textile industrial environments, where the solution demonstrates its ability to automate the inspection of complex materials and generate quality data that can be directly used by production teams. Supported by France 2030 and the textile innovation ecosystem, the company is developing a hybrid model combining industrial equipment and SaaS software, paving the way for a new generation of quality management based on data and industrial traceability.
