The KRYPTON 231 DC E FV is a DC TIG generator offering superior welding quality and advanced features for increased productivity. Its Pulse mode provides excellent control of the weld pool and limits distortions of thin materials. Very easy to use, the digital interface allows even non-expert TIG welders to adjust the welding parameters. It is also compatible with the RC-HD4 remote control for precise remote control of TIG/MMA welding. With a solid metal structure (IP23S), it is easy to move around and is perfectly suited to the most demanding needs of welders working with stainless steel tubes, pipes or sheets. MULTIPROCESSES ● TIG DC - Standard: smooth welding current on most ferrous materials. - Pulse up to 2 kHz: controls the temperature of the molten pool, limits distortions and assembles thin sheets starting from 0.3 mm. ● MMA - Standard: coated, rutile, basic and cellulose electrodes (up to Ø 6 mm). - Pulse up to 500 Hz: facilitates welding in an upright position (pipes/pipelines, etc.).
