SCAN42

The SCAN42 is the first fluid process scanner dedicated to intelligent monitoring of industrial flows. Installed in series on your pipes like a conventional flow meter, it continuously analyses the conductivity of the liquid using flush electrodes and provides a precise analysis of what is flowing through your pipes at 31,250 images per second without disrupting the process, without a cloud connection and without modifying your installation. Its embedded artificial intelligence detects critical anomalies in real time: cavitation, dry running, air bubbles, clogging, foreign objects, or scaling. Compatible with all SCADA and PLCs on the market (OPC-UA, digital relays, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet), the SCAN42 integrates natively with your existing infrastructure and takes you from reactive to predictive maintenance. Designed for the most demanding environments up to 600°C, 250 bar, and diameters from 15 mm to 2,000 mm, it is CE and FCC certified and has been proven in the nuclear, water treatment and distribution, food, pharmaceutical, mining, and chemical industries.
