LOUIS

LOUIS is an innovative communication device that enables effective communication in noisy environments. Used in conjunction with hearing protection, it allows clear and natural voice exchanges between industrial operators despite high ambient noise, thereby improving both safety and performance. The device features a compact and lightweight form factor, designed for intuitive handling and immediate field deployment. LOUIS integrates two technologies patented by Safehear: an active voice-filtering audio technology and a radio technology based on a proprietary, closed and secure protocol. The embedded audio signal-processing algorithm continuously analyzes the surrounding sound environment in real time. Through intelligent filtering, the system identifies and attenuates non-vocal noise sources such as engines and industrial machinery, while isolating and restoring the human voice with no perceptible latency and in full hands-free operation. This eliminates the need to remove hearing protection in order to communicate. Finally, thanks to its jack connectivity and Bluetooth compatibility, LOUIS is interoperable with the vast majority of existing communication equipment and accessories, ensuring fast and seamless integration into current industrial infrastructures.
