The E-Lix™ technology developed and marketed by Primo1D is a miniaturized, flexible and extremely robust UHF RFID tag designed to be integrated directly into the core of textiles or added after making. Thanks to its very discreet wired format — about 60 mm long for less than 2 mm in diameter—it remains invisible and imperceptible for the user while offering continuous and reliable traceability. E-Lix™ meets the growing needs for product identification, logistics tracking and life cycle management, particularly in the workwear, PPE, professional laundry and technical textiles sectors. Its unique identifier allows tracking of each part at each step: manufacturing, allocation, maintenance, washing, internal circulation, returns or recycling. This granularity improves operational accuracy, limits losses and optimizes costs, notably thanks to fast and reliable mass reading. Its exceptional strength—up to 200 industrial washing cycles, compatibility with repeated sterilizations and performance maintenance between >40°C and +85°C — makes it a durable solution for the most demanding environments. It also complies with ISO/IEC 18000-63 (EPC Gen2) standards and is integrated with high-performance RFID chips, allowing a reading range of up to 6 meters. All in line with the objectives of advanced traceability and the Digital Product Passport.

PRIMO1DPrimo1D revolutionizes textile traceability with its E-Thread™ technology: a UHF RFID tag in wired format, embedded directly into textiles—and much more. Each tag has a unique identifier (EPC), allowing precise and continuous traceability of the product throughout its life cycle: - From production to distribution, including use, washing, resale and up to recycling. With 29 international patents, our solution is already compliant with future European regulations, notably the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
