When information is not available in existing sources or requires interpretation, the platform allows users to directly involve the relevant experts through structured collaborative spaces. The answers provided by experts are human-validated and then capitalized within the assistants, continuously enriching the knowledge base and gradually reducing the need for direct interruptions.
