Commissioned in summer 2025, our P-4 demonstrator represents a major innovation in industrial CO₂ capture in Europe. Based on our ultra-dense and solvent-free solid adsorption technology, P-4 features a modular and evolutive design, capable of replicating effluents from a wide range of industrial sectors. This platform allows precise adjustment of CO₂ concentration (up to 10%), temperature, humidity, and gas flow rate, providing a level of adaptability unique in its class. Operating at a scale over 100 times greater than typical university setups, it is remotely operated and fully automated. Its integrated digital twin facilitates the optimization of our process and enables customization to meet each client's specific needs. P-4 accelerates the scale-up of our technology and makes the solution reproducible across multiple sectors, ensuring at least a 75% reduction in CO₂ emissions for equipped sites. This project paves the way for a more sustainable, decarbonized industry, while maintaining the flexibility needed to address the diverse challenges of the market.
