ESTIC's electronic pulse technology is a patented innovation that allows industrial tightening to be performed with minimal reaction force. Through precise servo motor control, ESTIC tools apply intermittent tightening force, similar to hammer blows, which significantly reduces the reaction transmitted to the operator. This makes it possible to handle torques of up to 140 Nm without the need for additional devices to counteract the reaction, thereby minimizing the physical risks associated with handling high torques.
Additionally, ESTIC tools record torque data and monitor tightening force, ensuring safe and precise maneuvering with full traceability. This technology is suitable to handheld tools, whether wired or cordless, offering a wide range of solutions for various industrial applications.
ESTIC technology integrates a servo system that adjusts the tightening parameters in real time. This allows each pulse to apply exactly the amount of force needed to ensure even and secure fixation.
