Our work essentially consists of passing flat sheet metal from coils through a series of rollers, gradually shaping it until the actual profile is obtained.
This process is preceded by the machining operations required for the profile (holes, through holes, broaching, stamping, etc.) and ends with cutting to the length requested by the customer.
PERFINASA currently has 12 profiling lines spread across its three factories, with a total manufacturing area of almost 7,000 m2, enabling it to produce around 25,000 tonnes per year. It employs more than 60 people.
