High cutting capacity is achieved with a flow rate of 7.6 l/min and a power output of 75 kW. This results in faster cutting speeds and even higher efficiency. Thanks to the sleek design that Resato is known for, the pump is easy and intuitive to work with. Its high reliability ensures minimal downtime, allowing for continuous cutting operations. Combined with Resato waterjet cutting tables, the pump offers excellent user-friendliness and is extremely easy to operate. The PJ8-4000 is a high-pressure pump specially designed for use in waterjet cutting systems where more cutting power is required. The pump can be supplied in combination with, for example, a Resato ACM waterjet cutting table. To create high water pressure, the principle of an intensifier is used. A relatively low oil pressure (200 bar) is used to generate a high water outlet pressure (4000 bar). The pump is water-cooled and driven by a 75 kW electric motor. It has two intensifiers, allowing a capacity of 7.6 l/min to be achieved.
