Among the GALAXY range, the GALAXY 400T W Duo stands out with its option to add a separate wire feeder, in addition to the one already integrated. This configuration allows welders to work with two different types or diameters of wire, reducing the time spent handling torch and consumable changes. With numerous welding processes available, the Galaxy 400T W Duo represents an entire solution able to bear with a wide variety of applications. The GALAXY 400T W Duo offers increased precision in energy input, limiting deformations and spatters, while ensuring perfect weld seams on aluminium, steel and stainless steel. It has a duty cycle of 300 A at 60% in MIG/MAG (at 40°C according to EN60974-1) and up to 280 A at 100%, ensuring high productivity in all industrial contexts. To produce perfect weld seams, the generator uses more than 40 synergies. For an immediate start, two control modes are available. The ‘Easy’ mode, combined with synergies, allows for quick configuration, while the ‘Expert’ mode offers full access to the welding cycle parameters. Its 3.5-inch colour interface is present on both the generator and the separate wire feeder for an intuitive and comfortable use. The generator is compatible with the BIG App (Business Intelligence by GYS) welding management application.
