The mixing room is intended for the mixture and preparation of paints and it is designed for the housing of the necessary equipment for paint preparation such as colorimeter, balance, and so on... Each one is equipped with a ventilation system for the forced air replacement and a device that allows the lighting only when the ventilation system is on and after a pre-ventilation phase in order to dispose of possible solvents evaporated during downtime.
The main technical characteristics of the mixing room are the following:
- structure made of white pre-painted press-bent double metal sheet with insulation;
- insulated side and rear panels made of galvanized double skin metal sheet pre-painted white;
- covering upper panels made of simple metal sheet pre-painted white;
- personnel access door wityh pressure opening made of pre-painted white press-bent double metal sheet insulated with rock wool and equipped with safety glass port-hole;
- electrical suction fan;
- fiber glass filters;
- LED light fixtures;
- IP55 small electromechanical control board.
