RoboJob's Pallet-Load Integrated is an accessible automation system that makes CNC production simpler, more efficient, and flexible. Raw workpieces are placed on a wooden European pallet and automatically processed by the CNC machine. A second pallet receives the finished parts but can also be used for new raw materials. In that case, the finished parts are always returned to the same pallet from which they were taken.
With traditional CNC Automation solutions, the positioning of workpieces on a pallet, table, or drawer must be very precise because the robot cannot “see” where these pieces are. With the Pallet-Load, this changes completely: thanks to integrated vision technology and AI, the operator no longer needs to position the pieces accurately. The robot takes photos of the pallet, the AI identifies each piece, and determines its exact location. The robot can then pick up the piece correctly and place it in the CNC machine.
This saves the operator significant time in preparing batch production, and the machine can run autonomously without supervision. The operator can focus on other machines or tasks. The Pallet-Load Integrated works for both turning and milling machines and will be presented at Global Industrie 2026 for the first time with a more compact 35 kg robot, maintaining the same precision and flexibility as the 70 kg version introduced in 2025.
