WELDMATE

WeldMate is a “plug & weld” robotic welding cell designed by Fuzzy Logic Robotics to democratize welding automation in workshops. Traditional welding cells require heavy integration, expert programming, and long ramp-up times. WeldMate deploys in hours and runs no-code: the operator guides the robot from a tablet and teaches weld seams, the system captures the know-how and executes repeatable welds. Its key innovation is the combination of a welder-first no-code workflow with integrated 3D vision and trajectories optimization algorithms, so shops can go from part to weld without CAD files or robot programmers. WeldMate supports MIG/MAG and fits high-mix, low-volume production typical of SMEs. The outcome is practical, fast adoption and measurable gains in productivity and quality, with a short payback period. WeldMate won SEPEM Angers 2025 (Digital Transformation award).
