SYMON (Sycon Monitoring System) is the Garmin for industrial machines: a plug and play sensor box that can be installed on existing machines with no modification and no downtime. In minutes, it captures the signals needed for operations: vibration, temperature, humidity, air quality, power consumption and optional external sensors. Data is sent automatically over 5G to a real time web dashboard and an API, with encryption and access control. SYMON makes machine health and performance immediately visible and actionable across heterogeneous fleets: downtime detection, drift monitoring, quality vs environment correlations, wear tracking and identification of energy saving opportunities. Deployment is incremental, station by station, without relying on plant IT, and can be delivered on a sovereign cloud or fully on-premises depending on security constraints. “SYMON says” what your machines are really doing, in real time.
