LUMI Virtual Manager is an intelligent digital assistant (AI) designed to assist and collaboratively manage the supply chain. Integrated into DDM+, Elisa Industriq's intelligent and modular platform, LUMI supports users in their daily tasks while efficiently orchestrating S&OP, execution, and analysis processes. Thanks to a connected and collaborative approach, LUMI interacts with users. Quite simply, it answers questions from users or managers and suggests improvements. This applies to the entire DDM+ offering: from sales forecasting (model optimization), inventory, production planning and scheduling, to execution (TMS and MES). Lumi optimizes operational flows by facilitating scenario simulation, anomaly detection, corrective action proposals, and stakeholder coordination via dynamic workflows.
