GoldenEye Smart Vision is an intelligent textile inspection machine based on self-supervised artificial intelligence and a proprietary optronic system. It digitizes fabric rolls, creates their digital twin and automatically detects defects, without prior training or image libraries. The challenge is critical: in an industry where up to 10% of turnover is impacted by poor quality, inspection remains largely manual, slow and subjective. GoldenEye automates and secures this process, enabling manufacturers to improve quality, reduce waste and optimize resources. The objectives are to industrialize a sovereign, interoperable and energy-efficient deeptech technology, contributing to a 15% reduction in CO₂ emissions related to production defects and strengthening the competitiveness of the European textile industry. The solution combines self-supervised AI algorithms, high-resolution optronics and a SaaS quality management software. This approach generates real-time exploitable data across the entire supply chain. The results: a solution now deployed in industrial environments, with an operational hybrid hardware/SaaS model. GoldenEye paves the way for a new generation of intelligent machines dedicated to automated quality control and sustainable digitalization of production lines.

Results: GoldenEye Smart Vision is now deployed in several textile industrial environments, where the solution demonstrates its ability to automate the inspection of complex materials and generate quality data that can be directly used by production teams. Supported by France 2030 and the textile innovation ecosystem, the company is developing a hybrid model combining industrial equipment and SaaS software, paving the way for a new generation of quality management based on data and industrial traceability.
