CORDM can repair all brands of gearboxes, providing an expertise report and suggestions for improvement with customer agreement. (dismantling, cleaning, analysis of any faults, detailed examination of all parts, non-destructive testing of gear teeth, three-dimensional testing of housings and moving parts, replacement of faulty parts, bearings, sealing rings, reassembly and adjustment of clearances, testing of gearboxes and painting). Our R&D department can also design special gearboxes accordng to customer specifications.
