Information
The GX Small marking station is a Graphix.series machine designed for benchtop use. It uses fibre laser technology (non-contact marking using a high-intensity, extremely fine beam directed at the part to be marked), which guarantees fast, aesthetic and permanent marking.
Designed for benchtop use, the GX Small laser engraving machine features a safety system (Class 1 station) for easy integration into any production environment. Its compact size means it can be placed on any workbench, and its top handles allow it to be moved quickly and easily. The compact controller can be placed and fixed on top of the station or moved close by (up to 3m away). The machine requires only one connection and one power source to operate: electricity.
The marking head, box and controller are all made from aluminium, making them extremely strong yet lightweight.
Its design is highly ergonomic for the user, whether the machine is used in a seated or standing position. Its removable remote control can be used to manage the speed of movement of the head on the Z axis, start or stop markings and control the station lighting. Its L-shaped side opening provides easy access to workpieces, and its base plate features insert to help clamp parts.
Its controller has an internal memory for stand-alone use without a PC. Its front-panel LEDs give status indications (machine ready or not to mark, machine powered up) and enable safety management (emergency stop and key control). In terms of connectors, it has several Ethernet ports and a USB port. An accessory can also be connected (smoke extractor, rotary axis).
The GX Small laser station's Ethernet ports enable it to exchange data with an internal network or control the machine using a field network (Ethernet/IP or Profinet).
The marking station comes with advanced control software that makes it easy to create all types of marking files. The machine can be controlled remotely, and 2 types of profile are available: supervisor
