Products

Information
The XS Inline marking machine is part of the Graphix.series range designed for integrated use. It uses fibre laser technology (non-contact marking using a high-intensity, extremely fine beam directed at the part to be marked), which guarantees fast, aesthetic and permanent marking. This is a class 4 machine, which must be installed by specialists to ensure safe marking.
Designed for integrated use, the XS Inline engraving machine can be easily integrated into a production line and can mark all types of parts (sizes and shapes). It has the world's smallest marking head and can be mounted on 3 sides to adapt easily to the configuration of your environment. Its mounting plate also allows mechanical height adjustment to suit the parts to be marked. The controller is also compact (366 x 324 x 152 mm) and can be installed close to the marking area within a radius of 3 m. The machine requires only one source of energy to operate: electricity.
XS Inline offers users a high level of performance, because it has been developed to meet productivity requirements and mark 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To exchange data with an internal network or control the machine using a field network (Ethernet IP or Profinet), XS Inline has a network connection through Ethernet ports on the back of the controller. Inputs and outputs can also be configured to enable full interfacing with PLCs or to send and receive information from other systems in the production environment (machine ready to mark, marking launched, machine fault, etc.).
To ensure ease of use, XS Inline is equipped with intuitive, advanced control software that makes it simple to set up all types of marking files. The machine can be controlled remotely, with or without a PC, and 2 types of profile are available: supervisor and user. The software can be used to create files in “offline” mode, retrieve marking data via CSV and SQL databases, access the marking history and carry out parameter tests to ensure the qua
