Easy is part of the Connect.series range, the first range of dot peen marking machines (deformation of the material in hollows, thanks to a succession of impacts which form the permanent marking) which offers wireless communication between the marking head and the controller via a secure WiFi protocol. This range has an international patent pending. The first model in this range is Easy, designed for mobile use. Indeed, the wireless communication allows you to benefit from a 10m radius around the control unit to make your markings in total freedom! Moreover, its lightness and its handle in line with the marking head allow you to use it at 360° and therefore to mark heavy and bulky parts, sometimes difficult to access. Its OLED display shows you real-time network coverage, battery charge and the current marking file, even from a distance from the controller. It is also possible to personalise some of this information if you wish. This head is available in two window sizes: 120*60mm and 60*30mm. The marking head also has a lithium ion battery that adapts to your marking intensity thanks to its intelligent energy management. You can therefore work in 100% battery, 100% electric or in rechargeable hybrid, ensuring that you do not stop your production in progress, even if the battery level is low. The battery also has a monitoring system called "BMS" (Battery Monitoring System) that provides real-time information on the life of the battery, the health of the battery and the number of markings remaining.
