The best seller under the Miyano brand, the BNJ, has undergone a full revamp.
The casting structure has been revised, improving machine rigidity, thermal displacement accuracy and tool life.
The machining area has been expanded at the back side, allowing a φ 51 mm chuck to be mounted on the
back spindle. Adopting the same diameter at front and back means that a greater range of workpieces can be
machined. The slideways incorporate the LFV (low-frequency vibration cutting) technology. The simultaneous 4-axis
machining capability eliminates trouble caused by chips, helping to achieve stable production.
