Information
GX Mate, a compact, portable, adaptable and safe laser marking machine.
It is part of the Graphix.series product range. It uses fiber laser technology (non‑contact marking performed using a high‑intensity, extremely fine beam directed at the part) which ensures fast, precise, aesthetic and permanent marking.
Designed for portable use, the compactness and light weight of the GX Mate laser make it easy to move freely to mark large, heavy or cumbersome parts. In addition, the 3‑meter cable between the marking head and the controller provides excellent freedom of movement.
To eliminate the need for protective glasses and ensure maximum operator safety (Class 1 laser), the GX Mate is equipped with a patented overpressure system. This system blocks laser beams directly at the marking head’s nozzle and, most importantly, automatically stops marking if air pressure drops.
The marking head’s nose is also designed to adapt to restricted access areas. Two interchangeable noses are supplied with the GX Mate, enabling markings even in tight spaces. Custom noses can also be manufactured for specific constraints. However, the marking window depends on the nose used: the smaller the marking area, the smaller the window.
For easy operation, marking can be triggered directly on the head using a button located beneath the main handle. The head includes two handles for optimal grip and high‑quality marking. Live status indicators (marking in progress, air supply OK) also allow the machine to be used without needing the controller at arm’s reach.
The machine comes with an advanced marking software suite enabling users to create all types of marking files with ease. The laser can be remotely operated and offers two user profiles: supervisor and operator. The software allows offline file creation, data import from CSV and SQL databases, access to marking history, and parameter testing to ensure optimal marking quality. Additional licenses can be added for even more features.
