DLyte Multiprocess

DLyte Multiprocess is an advanced industrial system that utilizes dry electropolishing technology to achieve a high level of precision in metal polishing. The installation is designed to integrate cleaning, rinsing (both oil-based and aqueous-based), vapor treatment, and drying processes. A matrix cell transports the DLyte PRO500 core through all process stages without human intervention. DLyte Multiprocess offers a wide range of configurations, supporting one or two DLyte PRO500 cores to perform multiple processes simultaneously. It also features various working tank configurations, with up to five tanks. Additionally, the system can incorporate a robotic automatic loading system, which integrates an autonomous, intelligent intermediate storage unit with a capacity of up to eight cycles, enhancing operational autonomy.
