DRYING POLYMERISATION AND ANNEALING OVENS

The ovens are equipped with a heat generator that heats the air inside the chamber to the desired temperature, allowing liquid paint to dry or powder paint to cure. The ovens are equipped with a heat generator, which can be direct or indirect, and which allows the desired temperature to be reached inside the baking or drying chamber. Parts from other processing stages, such as washing or painting, are fed into the oven by an overhead conveyor or other types of transport. The temperature inside the oven is reached and maintained at a constant set point throughout the baking cycle, thanks to a thermoregulator located in the electrical panel and a temperature probe inserted inside the baking chamber. Eurotherm drying and curing ovens can reach a maximum temperature of 350°C. Our standard drying and baking ovens have a temperature range of + or – 5°C. In aerospace or other critical applications, we can reduce the range to + or – 2°C.
