MANUAL WASHING BOOTHS
Produits

Information
Washing is a pre-treatment to prepare the part for subsequent painting. Chemical action prepares the surface of the part for optimal finishing in subsequent treatments.
Washing booths and tunnels are designed to work with water-based detergents, combining chemical, thermal and mechanical action to guarantee excellent results and remove all traces of impurities or dirt.
Over the years, Eurotherm has developed a range of washing systems capable of meeting the most varied needs in terms of washing and degreasing objects of all shapes and sizes.
Manual washing cabinets are mainly used for washing metal components or semi-finished products using a high-pressure cleaner with a phosphodegreasing solution and subsequent rinsing.
The fumes and vapours created during washing by the high-pressure cleaner are captured by the suction wall, which uses droplet separators to separate the water molecules contained in the air. The air is free to escape through the extraction chimney, while the liquid goes directly to the liquid recovery tank.
The liquid collected in the pit is sucked up and returned to the recovery tank of the corresponding skid (one dedicated to each phase, in order to minimise contamination between the different tanks), making it immediately available to feed the high-pressure cleaner in a continuous cycle.
The advantage of this system, defined as a closed cycle (zero discharge), is that there is no waste of liquid into the drains.
Our washing cabins can be integrated with the rest of the machines in a painting facility thanks to the overhead parts transport system.
