The Smart Rack Mobile from Essegi Automation is an intelligent trolley designed to transport and manage SMT components directly at the production line. Equipped with Pick to Light technology and integrated sensors, it provides fully automated material tracking and real-time communication with ERP, MES, WMS and Pick & Place systems. Its modular shelves, adjustable with flexible dividers, accommodate a wide range of component formats. Powered by a battery with around four hours of autonomy, the trolley moves smoothly thanks to its optimised mechanical design.
