Automated teaching recognises more than one million components instantly, without requiring Gerber data, which ensures fast and consistent programme creation. Inspection quality is strengthened through precise character reading, polarity checks and solder evaluation, supported by AI-based OCR and advanced lead recognition. AI Verification significantly reduces operator review time and keeps the production flow steady. The system also refines inspection areas automatically through Auto Debugging, correcting residual teaching inaccuracies. Finally, Auto Tuning continuously adjusts tolerances based on real production data, maintaining stable performance and consistent inspection results across the entire line.
