Ask for the Moon enables subject-matter experts to create their own AI assistant so they can easily share their know-how while staying fully in control. The expert builds their AI assistant using their existing documents. When an employee asks a question, the assistant immediately provides an answer if one is found in the documentation. If no answer is available—or if the answer appears incomplete—the assistant automatically routes the question to the most relevant colleagues. The employees collaborate to provide the right response, and once validated, these exchanges are used to enrich the AI.
