They are all equipped with a double-acting cylinder which is actuated, either manually, by an electric motor, or by a thermal engine for the most powerful versions in order to make them autonomous. The power range of double-acting cylinders extends from 12 to 100 tonnes. Our range of WINDING bending machines allows you to bend tubes and profiles in carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy, titanium, etc. from Ø6mm to Ø60mm. Depending on their power, they are either entirely electric or electro-hydraulic, and equipped with a device allowing a bending radius in 3D or less than 3D depending on the thicknesses and materials used, with articulated chuck or not, digital visualization device or devices automated tube clamping and mandrel extraction (process to be determined depending on the bending need).
