For series work, it is of course advisable to take a digital control in order to automate the operations and also be able to memorize them. For simple applications, a 2 or 3 axis version is offered (horizontal and vertical stop retraction + slide descent), with easy-to-use and easy-to-program CNC. The most high-end version is the proportional hydraulic press brake, equipped with a digital control capable to manage 4 to 8 axes on the most common ones, or even more if necessary. These are machines intended for more complex and specific applications.
