fluiidd is a French deep tech company founded at the CEA, specialising in intelligent monitoring of industrial flows. Our product, SCAN42, analyses liquid conductivity in real time to reveal what is happening inside your pipes, such as critical anomalies (cavitation, air bubbles, blockages, foreign bodies, etc.) before they cause breakdowns or loss of efficiency.
Thanks to its embedded AI and 31,250 images per second, the SCAN42 operates completely autonomously, without the cloud, in the most demanding environments (up to 600°C and 250 bar). Compatible with all your SCADA and PLCs, it can be installed in series like a conventional flow meter.
The result: up to €100,000 in avoided unplanned downtime and up to 30% in prevented energy losses.
