A family-owned company founded in Germany in 1959, LAPP now employs around 5,700 people worldwide, manufactures at 26 international production sites and is present in more than 80 countries. In the 2025 financial year, it achieved consolidated sales of €1.9 billion.
Created in 2001, LAPP France is the sales company in France for all the product ranges of the group's eight brands, namely cables, connectors, cable glands and other cable accessories, as well as complete assembly solutions tailored to customer needs. The company's management and administrative and sales staff are based at the Forbach Sud Technopôle in Moselle (57), which is also home to Europe's largest production site, Câbleries Lapp.
