FRANCEM designs, manufactures by extrusion, and markets cellular or solid rubber seals: EPDM, FDA (food grade) EPDM, NBR (nitrile), CR (neoprene certified M2), sulfur-free EPDM, EPDM R22/23 HL3 , NBR-PVC, and TPE: SEBS, TPV, ABS, PVC, bi- or tri-material: applications include sealing, acoustics, aesthetics, vibration damping, fluid transport, battery mounts, shock absorption, and insulation.

Our expertise and responsiveness have been our strength for over 70 years (we manufacture our own tooling and blends in-house).

Products: fluid transfer tubes (steam, windshield washer fluid, gasoline, etc.) - bonded rings - spacers - drum seals -pad for battery, shock-absorbing cushions.

Equipment: 5 extrusion lines for rubber and TPE, a mixing workshop, tooling, maintenance, and finishing area for adhesive application and bonding (frames or rings).
