Gasparini Roll Forming PRO System
Roll forming PRO systems can use different set of rolls ready on interchangeable cassettes.
This simplifies the change of production, replacing the series of rollers with ready-to-use cassettes. The machine uses the motors to operate the cassettes that are installed as needed. The interchangeable cassettes can be modified when not in use, expanding the range of products manufactured, reducing downtime.
Gasparini Roll Forming TWIN System
Roll forming TWIN systems is used to reach greater flexibility and very fast profile section changing.
Thanks to the TWIN systems, the profile's size can vary while maintaining the same shape, without making changes to the set of rolls. This occurs thanks to rollformer composed of two parts divided with independent cantilevered shafts on which the rolls are assembled. Gasparini Roll Forming REVOLVER System
Roll forming REVOLVER systems enable to manufacture different profiles by automatically changing the sets of rolls for Sheet Metal Processing. The rollformer is characterized by stands that can have up to 4 different sets of rolls. The line can be integrated with auxiliary technology for a Complete Industrial Process. The system through the rotation of the shafts present in the stands allow to change product, making the system highly performing.
