Schneider Electric revolutionizes electrical distribution with RM AirSeT, a major innovation for a sustainable future. This medium-voltage (MV) solution replaces SF6, a powerful greenhouse gas, with pure air and vacuum breaking technology. RM AirSeT is a gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) for network loop substations (RMU) that replaces the greenhouse gas SF6 thanks to vacuum cut-off technology with air insulation (GWP, Global Warming Potential = 0). It is particularly well-suited to applications in the secondary distribution network, from energy distributors to renewable energies and commercial and industrial buildings. RM AirSeT offers performance and reliability comparable to traditional equipment, while drastically reducing environmental impact. Its compact, modular design makes it easy to install and integrate into existing networks. This offer is a product that will be approved by Enedis. This certification guarantees its interoperability and compliance with current standards and protocols.
