For nearly 20 years, Nextis has placed Made in France, eco-design, and circular economy at the core of its development. Tools like LCA (C3R Impact) and Carbon Balance software enhance its expertise in assessing and reducing environmental impact. Specializing in injection, extrusion, and extrusion blow molding, Nextis innovates by developing sustainable and recyclable thermoplastic solutions. Observing the lack of recycling for flexible thermoplastics, its R&D team created an innovative polyolefin-based compound: N'ecoFlex®. This breakthrough emerged four years ago with a flexible thermoplastic elastomer offering outstanding performance: flexibility, resistance, compaction, and shape memory. The key challenge remains circular economy and end-of-life product management. Given the restrictive sorting sector, Nextis selected a classified polymer ensuring maximum adaptability. N'ecoFlex®, naturally transparent, allows a wide range of colors, flexibility levels, and transformation processes, making it ideal for applications in food, hygiene, cosmetics, medical, and pharmaceuticals with a dedicated grade.
