The METALLECO Integrated Welding Cell integrates the positioner, the robot carrier, the robot, the welder and the operating system into a single unit. All axes of motion are controlled by servo motors and are fully integrated into the control system, enabling the linkage of the robot and the shifter. It has a small footprint and can start working in a very short time. Despite its small size, it is fully functional, with the application of offline programming software, melt pool monitoring, vision system and a very user-friendly HMI system.
