ASYCUBE CLEAN 230

Asyril designed the Asycube, a flexible vibrating feeding system offering an efficient solution for bulk component handling. To expand our product range, we developed the Asycube Clean 230, the first flexible feeding system designed for the pharmaceutical industry and compatible with cleanrooms. It meets requirements such as integration into a 190 mm RTP (Rapid Transfer Ports), compliance with GMP Annex 1, and compatibility with hydrogen peroxide decontamination and sterile environments. Its innovative design simplifies cleaning and ensures resistance to water and chemicals. Laboratories increasingly rely on automation to reduce human intervention and associated contamination risks. With the Asycube Clean 230, Asyril expands the use of flexible feeding in the pharmaceutical field and other sectors requiring cleanrooms. Our solution also enables the relocalization of medicine and vaccine production, promoting local manufacturing. Thanks to its flexibility, the Asycube Clean 230 makes small-scale production economically viable, previously only achievable with large quantities. Additionally, it allows for the production of vaccines for orphan diseases in the same environment, making their production more affordable.
