The VCI Zerust® Excor® (Layertray) solution makes it possible to produce small runs of corrosion-resistant formed trays, thanks to the presence of a VCI Zerust® Excor® PE film heat-bonded to the surface of the substrate (cardboard, PE, etc.).
This solution provides effective protection against corrosion and impact.
Layertray provides effective corrosion protection in a closed atmosphere (identical to a VCI thermoformed tray). This eliminates the need for liquid protection (oil or grease). Ideal for robotization.
This solution is entirely recyclable.
After use, the Layertray can be easily separated for recycling, making waste management simple. The substrate can also be reused by thermobonding a new PE VCI film.
