Condition monitoring sensors for vibration, shock and temperature monitoring The Multi Physics Box sensor is designed for continuous condition monitoring, for example of motors, pumps, conveyor systems or fans. It measures vibration, shock and temperature, providing indicators of potential machine faults and failures. As soon as the measurements exceed individually definable thresholds, an alarm is triggered. For vibration values, the thresholds for vibration monitoring on machines in accordance with ISO 10816-3 are applicable via a multi-stage alarm. The sensor can be integrated into the machine or system via IO-Link or a simple alarm-based switching signal. Whether on-site or interacting with a Cloud Service: the Multi Physics Box provides a database to prevent unplanned downtime and cut costs effectively.
