Perigol® VCI 230

Perigol® VCI 230 is a VCI protective oil designed to protect metal surfaces by direct contact and at a distance. It can be used to protect metal surfaces that are not in direct contact with the oil. To guarantee effective corrosion protection, parts must be conditioned in an enclosed space so that the volatile corrosion inhibitors saturate the atmosphere. The product can be applied by immersion, spray or brush to dry, clean, non-corroding surfaces. It forms a thin, oily film on parts, which can be removed with an aqueous alkaline product after storage. VCI molecules absorbed on metal surfaces disperse within 1 to 2 hours of opening. It is compatible with Zerust® and Gardac® VCI solutions.
