Tube Strip®

Tube Strip® VALENO® protects the interior of hollow bodies such as tubes, pipes, barrels, etc. against corrosion. Tube Strip® VALENO® is a polyethylene thread impregnated with ZERUST EXCOR® volatile corrosion inhibitors, designed to protect the inside of hollow metal bodies with diameters ranging from 3 to 200 mm. It can be used manually or automatically by air injection. Available in diameters of 2.5 mm or 6.3 mm, its flexibility makes it particularly well-suited to tubes or ducts with complex shapes. Unlike liquid or greasy anticorrosion protection, it requires no cleaning or rinsing, saving considerable time. Highly stable, it provides corrosion protection for many years, provided the hollow body is well sealed. Tube Strip® Valeno® leaves no residue or dust inside hollow bodies under normal conditions of use, and its automatic injection makes repeated application easy.
