SPALECK INDUSTRIES designs and manufactures complete solutions for the finishing of industrial parts (deburring, edge rounding, degreasing, dry polishing), with a strong focus on ecological and sustainable practices. The finishing process is based on a patented dry rotary tumbling technique. This method allows simultaneous degreasing, deburring, and finishing of parts, generating minimal waste and eliminating the need for chemicals, water, and sludge treatment. These deburring barrels are fully soundproofed and vibration-free.
