For the laser cutting industry, NOVAIR, a French manufacturer since 1977, presents NITROSWING LASERPACK, an innovative on-site nitrogen production and cylinder filling solution capable of feeding all types of laser, fiber or CO2 machines.

The solution uses PSA or “Pressure Swing Adsorption” technology, a non-cryogenic process for separating molecules from ambient air. Compressed and dried air passes through a molecular sieve that captures oxygen molecules, carbon dioxide and water vapor under pressure, leaving only nitrogen to pass through, at the highest levels of purity. This process, perfectly mastered by NOVAIR, enables a totally autonomous supply of nitrogen, on demand and without any logistical constraints.

The equipment is available in different configurations: for installation in a technical room, mounted and interconnected on a chassis, or in a container for plug-and-play installation on sites lacking space and/or technical rooms.
