LASER CUTTING

Laser cutting is one of the processes we offer as part of our metalworking services. We work with Trumph 6000 machines, among others. The Trumatic 6000 from Trumpf is a two-head machine that combines the technology of a universal punching machine with a laser cutter. The combination of universal punching machine and laser cutting machine technology enables the Trumatic 6000 to produce complex parts including, for example, embossing, threads and complex external contours in high quality. The roller technology enables burr removal and gouging. The machine is equipped with a pivoting die, which significantly eliminates scratches on the sheet, increasing the quality of the punched parts. Laser cutting is possible up to a thickness of 8mm for steel, 6mm for stainless steel and 4mm for aluminium.
