What is Multi Jet Fusion technology? During printing, a binding agent is deposited on the material layer where the particles need to be fused. Then, a second special liquid agent is deposited to fuse and create details and smooth surfaces. Finally, the material layer is heated to react the binding agents and the material to create the part. When the process is complete, the build platform is removed from the 3D printer, and an operator gently extracts the parts from the bin. They then remove the powder from the parts using a brush and blowers.
